Having established our company in this spirit of fun and creativity Creative “U” Puppet Company has now come into its own. The vision for our company had its start over 15 years ago, when Mom and her kids created a fun and unique “hands-on” craft project - helping the kids make their very own hand-made puppets! She couldn’t help but notice the joy, excitement, and sense of accomplishment that her kids felt. This led Mom to take her project to local schools and carnivals and to begin holding special puppet parties. The local school even began its own story-telling program, where the students would create stories, write scripts and produce their own puppet-show productions. The self-esteem from the sense of self-accomplishment and the wonder on the faces of these kids was, and continues to be, priceless. It was from these humble beginnings the Creative “U” Puppet Company was born.
